TRAIN-the-TRAINER WORKSHOPS
Our Train-the-Trainer Instructor Programs are Workshops designed to develop, improve or
upgrade your Instructors skills for training your Crane & Hoist operators and related
personnel. The Instructor programs can consist of both Instructor Theory and Instructor
Practical training depending upon your training needs. Our Train-the-Trainer workshops are
great for either the New Inexperienced Instructor or the already Experienced and seasoned
Instructor. These programs will enable any of your Crane & Hoist Training Instructors to
prepare and deliver “Site Specific” and “Performance Based” training as required by
Legislation and/or Standards.INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM DURATION
(1 to 5 Day Programs depending upon site requirements)
The Instructor program duration is dependant upon the number of Instructors trained, their
previous Instructor or Equipment Operational experience and the types and classes of Crane
& Hoist equipment to be trained on at your facility.SITE and EQUIPMENT SPECIFIC TRAINING
The Crane & Hoist Instructor programs can encompass one or all of your Crane & Hoist
equipment, Attachments, Accessories, Rigging or other specialty equipment on-site. All
Instructor Programs are custom-designed specifically for your site-specific requirements,
operations and needs.TRAIN-the-TRAINER PROGRAM CONTENT
The Instructor program content will vary and is personalized to your operations allowing your
Instructors to deliver all of your own on-site training requirements for Theory, Practical
training, Operator Testing and Evaluations for any or all of your Crane & Hoist Equipment,
Attachments, Accessories and Rigging.INSTRUCTOR & STUDENT TRAINING MATERIALS DEVTRA
Instructor & Student Training Materials are available for the Train-the-Trainer programs,
depending upon your on-site equipment. Examples of available Instructor materials for use by
your Instructors for training include: Leaders Materials, Student or Operator Training
Workbooks, Certificates and Records of Training (RT), Theory or Practical Tests, Overheads,
Legislation Requirements, Standards, Videos, etc.
